Degree in Economics and Business Studies, IESE Business Management Program (PADE) and Master in Information Systems from the University of Barcelona; From 1975 to 1988 he studied and worked in the leader European company specialized in large international woodworking projects. He left the familiar owned company and in 1989 he accepted the offer of Master Consulting to open the Barcelona subsidiary. Since then he is working mainly in Executive Search. After two M.B.O, he has been promoted as Managing Partner of the group composed by the following brands: Master Consulting, Experts for Experts, and Esnet Consulting & Management.

He is founder-president of the executive search international network Alliance Partnership International.

He is socially very active, he was President-founder of Young Entrepreneurs of Catalonia, President-founder of the Basket Club Begues, European Vice-President of Young European Entrepreneurs JEUNE, General Secretary of Pimec (SME’s association of Catalonia), and now he is founder vice-president of ABE (Asociación para la Búsqueda de la Excelencia).

Prior to joining the team that established Gundersen Partners in 1992, Robert spent four years in Executive Search at Caldwell Partners International Ltd and six years in a variety of sales and marketing roles with Gillette UK Ltd.

Robert has an Economics MA Hons from St. Andrew’s University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

In 2003 Heiner Fischer joined an international executive search company as Managing Partner. Together with his former colleague Friedbert Herbold, he acquired this company and re-branded it into Herbold Fischer Associates as of February 1, 2004. Currently, he is sole shareholder of Herbold Fischer Associates.

Heiner Fischer has over 15 years of experience in executive search and has his focus on senior level search assignments in the areas of automotive, professional services, advanced technology and new media.

Prior to joining the Consultancy business, Peter enjoyed a 24-year career in Financial Services, mostly in Brazil, initially with Banco Aymoré de Investimento S.A. (ABN-AMRO), Banco Bozano, Simonsen de Investimento S.A., Bank of America NT & SA, and lastly as Country Head at the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ). In addition to the funds management area, he worked in mergers and acquisitions transactions, foreign debt restructurings, corporate loans, syndicated loans, formal/informal foreign debt conversions, project finance deals, capital markets issues and structured foreign trade financing transactions. At ANZ, he worked for three years in New York as the Country Manager, with responsibility for managing the group’s business in Brazil.

Peter began his career as a Human Resources Consultant in 1999, when he joined Korn/Ferry International to head up the Financial Services practice (banks, insurance companies, private equity/venture capital funds, brokerage houses and clearing companies), As Senior Client Partner he also led projects in the Industrial, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Chemical/Petrochemical, Agribusiness, Retail, Energy, Metallurgy, Consulting Firms, law Firms, Media and Entertainment, Culture, Tourism/Travel and Real State Sectors, among others. In 2004, he received the Client Satisfaction Award – South America from Korn/Ferry International, for having reached the highest client satisfaction rate in that continent. He was also one of those responsible for introducing the Management Assessment practice in Brazil.

In early 2005, with three other Senior Consultants, he created Talent Solution. Peter Mason is certified in the LPA – Launch Pad Analysis executive assessment tool and in Integrated Coaching by the ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute.

Vivian started M18 in the year 2000 and has been leading the company ever since.

Prior to starting a career in Executive Search, Vivian was mainly active in the telecom sector. She joined BT Plc in Sales and soon evolved to strategic business development (M&A), actively implementing the global strategy by creating joint ventures in various countries. In her last role at BT Belgium she was responsible for setting up and managing the Product Management department.

Vivian started her career as Research Analyst & Quality Practice Coordinator at McKinsey & Company.

Vivian has a double bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University  as well as an MBA from Nyenrode Business University in The Netherlands. She is also a Certified Assessor and Insights Practitioner.

Vivian is a Dutch national that has been living in Belgium since 1997. She is married and has two children.

He afterwards starts up and manages Italian branch of Robert Half International, where he has always been actively involved in the Executive Search business. Vittorio is focused on Private Equity (including Management Buy In and Management Buy Out deals), Corporate & Institutional Finance, Insurance, Industrial & Middle Market and Luxury Goods business and has an important network and expertise in General Management Searches.

Vittorio is a member of Fondazione Pangea Onlus Advisory Board, a non-profit organization which supports women’s and their families’ conditions for social and economic development.

Prior to founding Alexander Whitehead, Michael was part of the industrial practice at Korn Ferry International where he established a reputation for delivering results on technically complex assignments within the mining sector. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts. Michael’s professional experience includes a Board position with a small western Canadian manufacturing company. He speaks English, French, and conversational Spanish.

In 2021 she set up her own firm, Starge, a Leadership Resources Company in her home country of Hungary.. 

Due to her previous experience as Managing Partner CEE at a leading French executive search company, Eva brings a solid international experience and global outlook to the table. 

During her career she has completed multiple senior level assignments in nearly all sectors, having developed particularly strong experience in FMCG, Financial Services, Consulting and High Technology industries.
